How It Works
No special tools. No cranes. No complicated training. The mortises and tenons system guarantees your walls will be straight every time.
INSTALL STARTING RAIL
Assemble rails at 45 degrees and fix to your foundation. Apply urethane foam for a perfect seal.
INSTALL CORNERS
Insert corner pieces, level on both sides, and brace with 2x4. The corners fit any wall height.
ERECT WALLS
Insert Easy-lock clips, add blocks to rail, and lock with a 1/4 rotation using the OSBlock key.
FINISH & SEAL
Install ending rail, seal joints with urethane, and you're ready for trusses and finishing.

Got Questions?
The OSBlock system greatly simplifies door and window installation. Each block is 11 3/4" in height, so the rows adjust to standard door and window heights (84" at the top). For openings up to 7 ft, you can use OSBlock lengths as lintels. Larger openings use LVL beams.
Basic tools: chainsaw (for cutting blocks), level, foam gun, and standard hand tools. You'll need #10 screws (2.5" and 3.5"), low-expansion urethane foam (1 can per 10 blocks), wood strapping, and the OSBlock key for the locking system. No specialized machinery or cranes required.
OSBlock lengths are strong and well-insulated enough to use as flooring over the ground. Build an elevated structure to separate the floor from the ground, then use the blocks sideways to create an insulated floor slab.
Before starting, ensure your foundation is level, square, and properly aligned. OSBlock can tolerate a 1/8" variance -- the system self-corrects by the 3rd row of blocks. Proper base preparation is key to a successful build.
OSBlock offers certified training workshops that cover everything you need to know about the system. They also provide comprehensive online resources including installation manuals, video tutorials, and technical documentation.
